What is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner?
A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner is a licensed medical professional responsible for the general care of pediatric patients from infancy to young adulthood. My duties are similar to that of family doctors.  Additional education allows me to practice independently. Pediatric NPs can diagnose, prescribe medication, and manage their patients’ care. We are highly effective in the primary care setting.

As always it is a good idea to call your specific health plan to make sure T-town Pediatrics/Jennifer Steel CPNP is IN-NETWORK with your plan. There are multiple insurance plans within each insurance network. You will be provided a bill for any expenses not covered by your insurance company.
